If you fill in a form on this site or call us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and whatever you tell us about your roof. That is it. We do not ask for financial details on this website and you should never send them to us by email.
Like most websites, we also collect basic technical information automatically, such as the pages you visited and the general area you visited from. This is used to understand how the site is being used.
What we do with it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, schedule an inspection, prepare an estimate, and carry out work you hire us to do. If you become a customer we keep records of the work for warranty purposes.
We may contact you about your enquiry by phone, text or email. If you would rather we stopped, tell us and we will stop.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not rent or trade your contact details to other contractors or to lead brokers.
- We do not share your details with anyone except where we need to in order to do the work, such as a permitting office, a materials supplier, or a financing provider you asked us to refer you to.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for a reasonable period and then removed. Records relating to completed work are kept longer, because warranty claims can arise years later and we need the file.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 305-330-3555 or email [email protected]. Deleting records tied to a warranty may affect our ability to honour that warranty, and we will tell you if that applies before we act.

Prices depend on the size of the roof, the material, the condition of the structure underneath, and access. Any figures mentioned on this site are general. Your number comes from an inspection and a written estimate.
Warranties
Warranty terms, lengths and conditions vary by roof system and by manufacturer. The coverage described anywhere on this site is a summary. The written warranty issued for your specific job is the document that governs.
Photographs
Photographs on this site show completed roofing work. They are examples, not a promise that your roof will look identical or cost the same.
Our content
