What types of roofs do you install in Miami?
Metal, tile, asphalt shingle, and flat or low slope systems including TPO, PVC and modified bitumen. Metal is our specialty and our best price.
Which roof type is best for South Florida?
Metal, for most homes. It sheds water rather than absorbing it, handles high wind, and reflects heat instead of storing it. Because we buy direct from the manufacturer the price gap against tile and shingle is smaller than most people expect.
Can a metal roof look like tile?
Yes. A terracotta metal roof reads as barrel tile from the street, weighs far less and carries our 50-year warranty.

How long does each type last in Florida?
Metal lasts longest by a wide margin, which is why ours carry a 50-year warranty on the install. Tile lasts well but the underlayment beneath it does not. Asphalt shingle has the shortest life here because of sun and heat.
